The hotel of choice in Canterbury. Perfect characterful venue with exceptional views of the cathedral. Lots of food for the continental breakfast. Clean room with good bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Very lovely stay, no complaint, we would be happy to recommend. It's a unique place with so very friendly staff and airy rooms. The setting is amazing and perfect, close to the cathedral, the centre of Canterbury and shops and coffes and restaurants.

Rewritten: Cathedral Gate in Canterbury is a lovely old hotel, perfectly situated for exploring the city. the central location makes it convenient to visit the nearby cathedral and art gallery. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, the hotel offers a great base for a short stay. After spending a night here, we are already planning to return in the future.
